HOOP TALK JAPAN（以下「当社」といいます。）は、知的財産権および著作権を尊重しています。本サービスをご利用いただくすべての利用者は、本ポリシーに従うものとします。

1. 知的財産権

HOOP TALK JAPAN内で提供されるコンテンツ（アプリ、ウェブサイト、ロゴ、デザイン、画像、動画、音声、教材、レッスン、クイズ、文章、ソフトウェア、プログラム、AI生成コンテンツを含みますが、これらに限りません）の著作権その他の知的財産権は、HOOP TALK JAPANまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

当社の事前の書面による許可なく、複製、転載、販売、配布、公開、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、商用利用することを禁止します。

2. ユーザーが投稿・アップロードするコンテンツ

利用者は、本サービスへアップロード、投稿、共有または送信するすべてのコンテンツについて、必要な権利または許可を有していることを保証するものとします。

第三者の著作権、商標権、肖像権、その他の権利を侵害するコンテンツを投稿または共有してはなりません。

3. 著作権侵害の禁止

以下の行為は禁止します。

• 海賊版教材・書籍・動画・画像・音楽の共有
• 他人の作品の無断アップロード
• ライセンス契約に違反する教材の配布
• 他社アプリ・ウェブサイトからの無断コピー
• 著作権法その他の知的財産法に違反する行為

4. 削除およびアカウント停止

当社は、著作権侵害の疑いがあるコンテンツについて、事前の通知なく非公開、削除、またはアクセスを制限する場合があります。

重大または繰り返し侵害が認められた場合、当社は利用者のアカウントを停止または削除することがあります。

5. 権利侵害の申立て

著作権その他の知的財産権が侵害されているとお考えの場合は、以下までご連絡ください。

申立てには、以下の情報をご記載ください。

• 権利者のお名前
• 連絡先
• 権利侵害を受けた作品の説明
• 問題となるコンテンツのURLまたは詳細
• ご本人または代理人であることを示す情報

当社は内容を確認し、必要に応じて適切に対応します。

HOOP TALK JAPAN respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same.

1. Ownership

All content available through HOOP TALK JAPAN—including software, logos, graphics, learning materials, quizzes, text, videos, audio, designs, AI-generated content, and branding—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by HOOP TALK JAPAN or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, republished, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. User Content

You may upload or share only content that you own or have permission to use.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.

3. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, post, distribute, or share content that:

4. Enforcement

HOOP TALK JAPAN may remove any content believed to infringe intellectual property rights without prior notice.

Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be suspended or permanently terminated.
